Description.

A gas boiler house with a capacity of 0.36 MW is used to heat a residential building with a closed type GVA. It consists of three circuits: boiler, heat network and GVA heat exchanger.

The boiler circuit consists of two Vitoplex 100 PV boilers, boiler circuit pumps, hydraulic converter (K13).

The heat network circuit consists of two pumps (main and standby) two flowmeters are installed on T1 supply to the heat network and reverse T2.

The boiler house water supply consists of a water metering unit, water treatment, there is also a shut-off valve with an electric drive, a makeup tank, a pair of pumps K7.1; K7.2.

The water flow rate to the GVA heat exchanger and boiler circuit is recorded by flow meters (PREM).

Heating of the boiler house is organized due to a heater (K10) and a three-way crane with a tie-in to the boiler circuit, and a pump (K8) Rio is also installed to circulate the coolant.

Output.

Metering and monitoring devices help maintenance personnel to know and observe operational parameters more accurately, as well as automatic control systems that reduce labor consumption, increase the flexibility and response of the system to changing controlled parameters. Automation, metering and control systems reduce various losses and increase the efficiency of the entire boiler room. One of the important is the control of water and heat consumption, which allows you to monitor the operation of the boiler room. Monitoring of outdoor air parameters allows you to edit the operation of boiler plants. Also, having all the necessary parameters on the board/PC, allows the operator to quickly evaluate and make decisions. The automation system is equipped with a light-and-sound alarm, as well as various shutoff valves, which allows improving operational safety and reducing the risk of emergency incidents. Monitoring of temperature, flow and pressure is the most important in the operation of boiler plants.
