Brief description of the object

The object is a beauty center located on the first floor of the building at the address: Moscow, Kurkinskoye sh., d.38, p.1-5. The control room is located at the checkpoint in a separate building. The facility is protected around the clock.

Purpose of the system

The fire alarm system is designed to detect the source of fire with the simultaneous generation of a fire alarm signal and to protect against unauthorized access to the premises.

Fire alarm.

The project provides for the equipment of the company NVP "Bolid": acceptance and control security and fire device "Signal20P," the required number of smoke fire detectors "IP2123SU" and manual fire detectors "IPRC (su)." The automatic fire alarm system is designed for early detection and determination of the fire source address in the controlled rooms, "Fire" and "Malfunction" signals to the duty personnel at the permanent duty station and starting of the fire warning system (actuation of "EXIT" annunciators and Beacon 12KP light-and-sound annunciators).

Smoke fire detectors "IP2123SU" and manual fire detectors "IPRC (su)" are provided for detection of the fire source in all office and office premises. connected to "Signal20P" acceptance and control safety and fire protection device.

The RS200R receiver installed in the gearbox room on the RS200TP transmitter installed on the object is used as a receiving station in the project. The radio signal about the state of the object is transmitted from the RS200TP transmitter and "Signal 20P" is connected to it.

Light and sound indication of the condition of loops, fire alarm equipment and fire situation in the premises of the facility for on-duty personnel is carried out using RS200R receiver installed in the checkpoint room.

To alert people about a fire in the corridors, Mayak12KP light-and-sound alerts are installed.

Power supply of the unit

According to PUE, fire extinguishing plants in terms of ensuring the reliability of power supply are classified as electrical receivers of category 1, therefore, power is supplied from two independent sources through ALT. Operating source - 220 V, 50 Hz network. Standby uninterruptible power supply unit BBP20 - output voltage 12 V.

In case of complete voltage shutdown, BBP20 allows the equipment to operate for 24 hours in standby mode (3 hours - in case of alarm).

Equipment placement

To ensure the operation of the automatic fire alarm system, the design provides for the installation of the following equipment:

a) In the personnel room at the facility:

• Signal 20P device

• power supply unit "BBP20" on "12 V";

• RS200TP transmitter.

b) In the security room in the checkpoint:

• power supply unit "BBP20" on "12 V";

• RS200R receiver.

System power supply

Power supply of power consuming elements is provided from external standby power supply sources BBP20, which ensure uninterrupted operation of the system when the main power supply is disconnected. Power supplies are installed in low-current risers of each floor in accordance with equipment placement plans. Installation of the electrical network to the risers is provided by the Customer. In accordance with the requirements of operational and working documentation, individual elements must be connected to process (working) grounding with a resistance of not more than 4 ohms.

Power supply of the computer is carried out from the power supply network (AC, 220V, 50Hz, at permissible voltage fluctuations within the range from + 10% to 15% and frequency * 1Hz) through uninterrupted power supply sources provided by the Customer.

Installation Requirements

Installation of loops of the fire alarm is carried out by the KSPV 4h0.5 cable. Power supply for actuators control is performed by 2x0.75 VVP cable, and power supply is performed by 3x1.5 VVA cable.

Installation of the cable network behind the false ceiling - in PVC corrugated pipes with attachment to the construction structures in place, and in the absence of false ceiling - installation in PVC boxes. Cable systems shall be laid together with low-current cable routes of fire alarm system.

In the security room, the installation of the cable network is carried out in the decorative box 10x20.

Security alarm.

The security alarm system is based on the hardware of the ORION security complex.

The complex is provided with all necessary certificates, which allows it to be used at most facilities of the Russian Federation.

The designed LSS includes:

security infrared volumetric detectors;

protective magnetic contact detectors IO 1025;

alarm detector 269.

Signal 20P fire safety control device for connection of the object security alarm system;

uninterruptible power supply sources BBP20.

The premises of the beauty center are protected in 2 lines:

The first line is a magnetic contact detector for opening the door.

The second boundary is a volumetric IK detector.

Infrared volumetric security detectors are connected individually for each room having window openings.

Protection and removal of sections is performed from RS200TP transmitter installed in personnel room.

The central equipment provides information on the facts of security placement, removal from protection, alarms, malfunctions in the system.

LSS line equipment (volumetric IR security detectors, magnetic contact) is installed in accordance with the equipment layout plans of this project.

System power supply

Power supply of LSS power consuming elements is provided from external standby power supply sources of BBP20, which ensure uninterrupted operation of the system when the main power supply is disconnected. Power supplies are installed in low-current risers of each floor in accordance with equipment placement plans. Installation of the electrical network to the risers is provided by the Customer. In accordance with the requirements of operational and working documentation, individual LSS elements must be connected to process (working) grounding with a resistance of not more than 4 ohms.

Power supply and earthing

Power supply of uninterruptible power supply units BBP20 is provided from the main electric board 220V, 50Hz with separate group with automatic installation. PVA 3x1.5 cable is laid from the electrical panel to uninterruptible power supply units. The loop resistance is not more than 4 ohms.

The power supply units are occupied by a separate wire from the main power supply electric board.

Installation, commissioning and commissioning works are performed in accordance with RD 78.14593 and PUE.
