External gas supply project of the production building

Description

Gas supply is provided from medium pressure gas pipeline. Tie-in point - after the metering unit in the GRU of the existing boiler room. The natural gas pressure at the GRU inlet is 17 kPa (0.17 kgf/cm2).

The basis for the design are:

- Engineering Terms of Reference;

- Treaty of 10 November 2007.

The project is executed in accordance with regulatory documents:

- SNiP 42012002 "Gas Distribution Systems"

- PB 1252903 "Safety rules for gas distribution and gas consumption systems"

- SNiP II8980 "Industrial Master Plans"

- GOST 21.20693 "Piping Conventions"

- SP 4210499 "Code of Rules for the Use of Shut-off Valves for the Construction of Gas Supply Systems"

- GOST 1420269 "Pipelines of industrial enterprises. Marking, warning signs and marking boards "

- GOST 1070491 "Steel electric welded straight-joint pipes"

The source of gas supply of the boiler house is natural gas with a combustion heat of 8000 kcal/m3 and a density of 0.683 kg/m3. Gas supply is provided from medium pressure gas pipeline.

Steel pipes shall comply with GOST 1070491 and have the weld joint strength factor guaranteed by the manufacturer. The pipes shall be tested by hydraulic pressure at the manufacturer and have an appropriate record in the certificate.

The above-ground gas pipeline is protected against corrosion by coating the gas pipeline with primer and oil paint in 2 times in accordance with the requirements of PB 12-529-03

Quality control of welded joints as per GOST 721282 * in accordance with SNiP 42-01-2002
