Description
The discharge valve is one of the types of pipeline fittings and is designed to drain liquid from the system. The crane consists of a body 1 in which a conical plug 2 is installed. In the upper part of the body there is a sleeve of the oil seal 4, sealing the oil seal 15. A bushing 3 is installed between the padding and the upper base of the conical part of the plug 2. The sleeve of the oil seal 4 is attached to the body by 1 stud 14, washers and nuts. To rotate the plug to the desired position at the upper cylindrical end, it is secured by means of a mounting screw 10 handle 5. Flange 7 is attached to the housing by means of bolts 9, washers and nuts. In the drawing, the crane is shown in the open position. When turning the handle 5, the plug 2, rotating, changes the cross-section or completely blocks the hole through which the liquid passes. Two pipelines (they are not shown in the drawing) are connected to the housing, through which the liquid passes. On one side, the pipeline is connected to the threaded end of the flange 7, and on the other hand, to the angle, which is not shown in the drawing. The complete fit of the conjugate surfaces of the plug 2 and the housing 1 is achieved by the conical shape of these parts. Sealing of the plug 2 is carried out by means of oil seal 15. To avoid leakage of fluid, a gasket 6 is installed between the housing 1 and the flange 7.
