Introduction

The development of the food industry, aimed at providing the country with reliable food, provides for an increase in production and improvement in the quality of products. At the same time, a special role in ensuring the safety of products is given to refrigeration equipment, which, recently, has been developing at a rapid pace.

Currently, refrigeration equipment has been widely used in the food and pharmaceutical industries, in trade and mechanical engineering, in air conditioning and the construction of ice artificial rollers, in construction and medicine. And this list is far from complete.

The use of cold improves the production technology and quality of many products, not to mention the fact that at present the storage of products, both short and long-term, without cold is practically not thought of. The widespread introduction of refrigeration in trade improves the supply of high-quality food to consumers, reduces handling costs and improves the culture of trade. Since refrigeration is a rather time-consuming process, it requires complex mechanization of work and automation of production processes. The implementation of this task, in the end, will allow you to switch to fully automated refrigeration units and complex-mechanized refrigerators. The development of the refrigeration industry worldwide is inextricably linked to the development of all branches of science and technology.

In recent years, new insulation materials, building structures, automation devices have been developed and introduced. Refrigeration systems are being improved to provide stable temperature conditions and to facilitate the maintenance and automation of the units. Computer technology and automatic control systems are increasingly being used in the refrigeration industry. The introduction of such a technique makes it possible to raise the level of operation of refrigeration units to a new stage, corresponding to the modern development of technology.

Currently, foreign companies such as Copeland, Sabroe, Danfoss, Mycom, Bitzer and others occupy the leading places in the global market of refrigeration and automation. Unfortunately, there are no domestic manufacturers of refrigeration equipment on this list, however, the Russian engineering and design idea, which does not give up advanced positions in the field of creating new ideas and technology, allows us to hope that in the future, Russian enterprises and firms will take their place in this list.

The refrigeration unit is set of the machines, devices, devices and constructions intended for production and application of artificial cold. Proceeding from this definition the refrigeration unit besides the basic elements which are a part of the refrigerator and necessary for implementation of the return thermodynamic cycle includes still the devices, devices, pipelines and constructions necessary for realization of technological processes at low temperatures.

Refrigeration plants are increasingly used in many industries, and the development of some industries cannot be imagined without the use of artificial cooling.

In the food industry, artificial cooling ensures the long-term preservation of high quality perishable products; and it is precisely due to the insufficient use of cold in the world that up to 40% of food products are lost.

The main purpose of the refrigeration enterprise in the food industry is to create conditions that ensure the safety and high quality of perishable products of animal and plant origin. This task can be successfully solved by creating a continuous refrigeration chain, that is, a set of technical means that ensure the continuous impact of low temperatures on perishable products from the moment of their production (or production) to their consumption.

Refrigerator is an industrial enterprise designed for

cooling, freezing and storage of perishable products. Refrigerators have characteristic features. They treat and store products that require to maintain their specified temperatures below ambient temperature and a certain relative humidity, and in some cases, a given mobility of air and a certain air exchange or even a certain composition of the gas medium (for example, when storing fruits in an environment with an increased content of carbon dioxide or other gas).

The heat and moisture of the outside air tends to penetrate the refrigerator, which requires the creation of special barriers to reduce the penetration of heat and moisture inside the premises and the development of methods of elimination.

The large volume of transported goods and the need to quickly unload them requires the widespread use of vehicles.

Refrigerators have high sanitary requirements.

Distribution refrigerators are designed to provide cities and industrial centers with seasonal food products evenly throughout the year.

The distribution refrigerator has a relatively large storage capacity for products. In medium and large industrial centers, distribution refrigerators often have production workshops: ice cream, dumplings, oil packing, etc. Such enterprises are called cold processing plants.
