Introduction

Transport is one of the pressing needs of modern society that ensures human life.

In recent years, under the influence of natural-climatic and anthropogenic factors, as well as the human factor, the integrity of the body is violated: damage due to traffic accidents, corrosion, warping. To restore the machine to the original or close to the original state, body repairs are carried out. The main task of body repair is to restore or replace body elements. The body compartment of car repair at the STO is designed to maintain the working state of the appearance of cars, as well as eliminate defects (chips, dents, scratches, body geometry, rubbing, etc.). It includes control and diagnostic, fastening, painting, disassembly and other types of work aimed at identifying and eliminating problems of car body parts. Body section is inspected and state of car body parts is evaluated, their condition is checked and faults are eliminated if necessary.

The main failures of the car body are its mechanical (dents, holes, cracks) and corrosion damage, destruction of the paint and corrosion coating.

Mechanical damage occurs during road accidents and when driving at increased speeds on uneven roads. The most destructive damage to the body in front collisions and collisions with the front of the body at an angle of 40... 45 ° or on the side. Such collisions usually occur between two moving cars, the speeds of which add up. In this case, the car body is destroyed, especially its front part, and the high loads acting in the longitudinal, transverse and vertical directions are transferred to all closely located parts of the body frame, especially its power elements [1].

Corrosion damage occurs due to spontaneous destruction of metals as a result of their chemical or electromechanical interaction with the external environment, as a result of which they transition to an oxidized state and their physicochemical properties change. Electrochemical and chemical corrosion [1] are distinguished by mechanism of formation and course of corrosion process.

Electrochemical corrosion occurs when two different metals form a galvanic cell in the compound. Such corrosion can also occur when different metals do not contact each other. The steel from which the body is made corrodes with water and oxygen. On the surface of the body there are sections with different electrode potentials, which is associated with local deviations in the chemical composition of the metal, leading to the formation of galvanic trace elements. The rate of electrochemical corrosion increases when contaminants, salts and acids are present in the environment.

Chemical corrosion occurs as a result of the oxidation of metals under the influence of air oxygen, salts, sulfur compounds.

One of the components of the overhaul is body work, 9% of the total work, and therefore I propose; in order not to use the services of third-party enterprises or carry out work in a artisanal way, to develop a body workshop on the basis of the STO ABS enterprise. Another important factor is the constant increase in road accidents. Even a minor accident, and later not a high-quality restoration can lead to violations of the structure of the metal and a deterioration of its performance, and the unsatisfactory appearance of cars can negatively affect the image of the enterprise in general and the image of the city in particular. And another important prerequisite for the creation of this workshop is the involvement of the private sector of cars, since body work is one of the most expensive types of work. This type of work is not the main one and therefore the price can be made lower than the representatives of this sector of the market, which will attract a wide range of customers.

Characteristics of the enterprise

The company is the ABS auto center located in the central district of Omsk at ul. Lermontova 179a.

According to statistics, 267 thousand people live in the Central District, and every third has a car. But every year the population increases, and accordingly more cars become. In the Central District, in addition to the ABS auto center, there are other STOs: Texauto, Phoenix Auto, Mercedes, Auto Care. Many of these workshops do not have a list of services provided, which has an auto center "ABS."

The ABS auto center company is engaged in various types of car maintenance work.

List of services provided:

-Malar works;

- ICE repair;

Short-term repair;

- LG and stores repair;

- Wheel balancing;

-Diagnosis;

-Capital repair of ICE;

Zhestyanitsky works.

STO is located on an area of ​ ​ 1200.

The central water supply and heating are connected to the enterprise building, which completely solves the issue of water supply and heating.

The development of the site does not stand still. In 2011, a new building was built, in which new works were opened, such as: diagnostics, wheel balancing, and new body parts for the tin welding section come to this building.

1.2 Design Area Characterization

The tin welding section is used to restore and replace body parts. The occupied area of the area 120 in which the equipment is installed. It works 260 days a year, in 1 shift, the duration of which is 9 hours. Shift operation mode from 9.00 to 19.00 and lunch break from 13.00 to 14.00.

Scientific organization of labor in the designed area

4.1 Main tasks of NOTES

The main task of the scientific organization of labor is to increase labor productivity, most efficiently, quickly provide repair services, expand the range of services provided, increase the efficiency and number of services provided, as well as improve the organization and implementation of repair work.

Application of a more rational organization of labor based on the study of production operations.

Improvement of working conditions (lighting, training of specialists, wage raising, modern equipment, etc.)

Conclusion

The diploma project presents the reconstruction of the tin-welding site, STO "ABS" located in Omsk in the Central Administrative District, at ul. Lermontova 179a. Technological equipment is selected and arranged. The diploma project consists of the following sections:

Research - the structure of the enterprise was studied, the work of production departments was analyzed.

Technological - labor intensity of works on the tin-welding area, equipment necessary for efficient operation, space area is calculated, technological process of part restoration is developed.

Organizational - a structural diagram of the enterprise management is presented, the organization of labor on the tin-welding site is considered.

Occupational safety and environmental protection measures. In this section, the state of labor protection on the site was analyzed and the basic rules for labor protection during the production of tin and welding work on the site were highlighted.

Design - in this section a crane is developed - a trolley. It allows you to increase the speed of work and reduce the loss of time, labor intensity of work.

Economic - an economic calculation was carried out before and after the reconstruction of the enterprise, the installation of modern equipment with a new number of employees and the same area contributed to the high productivity of repairs and, as a result, economic benefit.

The approximate payback period of the site is 3.2 years.
