Introduction

The purpose of the course work is: the development of the technology for replacing the steering hydraulic booster (GUR) of the ZIL130 car and the consolidation of theoretical knowledge obtained during the study of the discipline: "Technological processes of maintenance, R and D cars"

1. Insufficient or uneven amplification of ZIL-130 hydraulic booster

2. Complete absence of amplification at different speeds of rotation of ZIL-130 engine crankshaft

3. Increased noise during operation of ZIL-130 pump

4. Knock in the steering gear ZIL-130

5. Ejecting oil through the pump boot

2.4 vehicle installation procedure

The installation is performed in reverse sequence as per Job Instruction described in para 2.1. upon removal of the unit from the vehicle.

Conclusion

In this course work, the technological process was developed and the rudder hydraulic booster (GUR) of the ZIL130 car was replaced and the theoretical knowledge of repair and diagnostics obtained during the study of the discipline was fixed: "Technological processes of maintenance, R and D cars"
