Prior to assembly, inner cavity of reducer housing is thoroughly cleaned and covered with oil-resistant paint.

Assembly is performed in accordance with gearbox assembly drawing, starting from shaft assemblies:

Keys are put on shafts and gears are pressed, then spacer bushings are put on and bearings, which are preheated in oil, are installed.

In radial direction shafts are installed in housing, bearing cover is installed. Pins are pressed in and reduction gear box cover is installed by means of bolts, then spacer rings and end covers are installed.

Install the plug in the oil outlet and oil indicator. Then fill the oil and close the inspection hatch.

The assembled gearbox is rolled and tested on a bench.
