LIST OF LITERATURE USED

Introduction

Pumps are hydraulic machines that convert the mechanical energy of the engine into the energy of the displaced liquid, increasing its pressure. Difference of fluid pressure in pump and pipeline causes its displacement.

The pumps lift the liquid to a certain height, feed it to the required distance in the horizontal plane or cause it to circulate in any closed system.

During the course project, the Etanorm 80200 centrifugal pump was chosen as the prototype water pump.

Conclusion

In this course design, an electric pump unit is designed. Hydraulic calculation of centrifugal pump with determination of main geometrical dimensions of flow part is performed. Radial and axial forces acting on the rotor are calculated.

A strength calculation of the pump was made, as a result of which the geometric dimensions of the shaft, keys, splines, bolted connection of the housing parts, bearings of the support rack were determined while ensuring the durability of 10000 hours of continuous operation and the housing.

In the process of performing work on catalogs and reference information, such elements of the electric pump unit as an electric motor, a clutch transmitting torque from the electric motor to the pump, seals of the body parts and the flow part are selected.

According to the rules of machine-building drawing, the drawings of the electric pump unit are presented in this course design.

The Elektromotor cantilever pump was chosen as the prototype. The appendix contains Q-H characteristics field, centrifugal pump installation diagram, overall and connecting dimensions of cantilever pumps, as well as GOST, from which the selection of key and spline joints, couplings and bearings and motors was carried out.
