Description
In the process of overhaul of main pipelines with the replacement of the insulation coating, one of the main operations is the cleaning of the defective insulation coating. Removal of the insulation coating is carried out mechanically with the help of cleaning machines, in which steel cutters and brushes act as working tools. The advantage of this method is high performance and ease of implementation compared to other methods.
The object of the study is a small-sized cleaning machine used to clean pipes or piping systems from old insulation.
